This is the Sixth UN Committee, also known as the Legal Committee, as it primarily deals with legal matters. 

It is for those who are interested in politics through legal lenses, and it is a good research experience for those who want to study law at university, as it forces you to look into various legal concepts to understand the full picture of the issues being discussed. 

The Legal Committee includes every member state of the UN, so all delegates wishing to apply can choose any country they can think of, as long as it is a part of the United Nations.
