This is the Second UN Committee, also known as the Economic and Financial Committee (ECOFIN), as it primarily deals with global economic and financial matters. 

It is for those who are interested in politics through an economic lens, and it is a great research experience for those who want to study economics, finance, or international business at university, as it requires an understanding of various economic policies and financial concepts to understand the full picture of the issues being discussed. 

The Economic and Financial Committee includes every member state of the UN, so all delegates wishing to apply can choose any country they can think of, as long as it is a part of the United Nations.
